The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, without any scratches on either the lenses or frame and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
Procedures:

Here are the basic steps:
  1. The returned item must be postmarked no later than 15 days after having signed for the original delivery from 4eyesonline.com.
  2. All products must be returned in good, original, and pristine condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all parts and accessories to ensure full credit. Without any scratches on either the lenses or frame.
  3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
